Well, I don't have a fancy enough account to do an official critique, but here are my thoughts:
This looks pretty nice.
My only problem with it is that the king's face is flattening out a lot. That's normally a problem with the beginning of the drawing process; not spending enough time getting the understructure right.
The silhouette of his head suggests a 3/4 view, but it looks like you've layed out the guides as if it were a front view.

Your center line should wrap around the form of the head better. And if you DID wrap the center line around the form, you should follow it.
The same problem happens around the monster's stomach.
Also, his hair doesn't entirely look like it's growing out of his head...but I don't know how to fix that...So, I won't bring it up.
Some of your paints don't look entirely finished either. The monster's stage left leg, and the clown's stage right arm still look really breezed over; especially when compared to polished paints on the mattress and the clown's face.
